Day 205: Yoga Goal - Done!

I had written here that I had an exercise goal for the year - 100 days of exercise out of which 50 needs to be Bikram hot yoga, which is what I consider the gold standard for all the different types of workouts I get.

I had completed my 100 days of exercise for year then and as of today, I have also completed 50 days of yoga! 5 months all too early!

So proud!
